Alison works freelance in arts management, having previously worked for organisations including Manchester's Royal Exchange Theatre, Birmingham Royal Ballet and Arts Council England

Peter Barber

Peter is a commercial lawyer experienced in major building and transport projects. He has a long-time interest in the theatre both on stage and in the audience and his firm Blake Lapthorn is a current TRW sponsor.

Nick joined in September 2007 bringing vital digital marketing expertise to the board. Nick runs a direct and digital marketing solutions and training business with clients including Sony and Directory of Social Change.

Helen is a Chartered Surveyor living and working in Winchester with keen interest in its culture and historic buildings. Her experience includes managing commercial and leisure property and she is Trustee of a local sports charity.

Iain’s family has served the community for over 150 years & currently sponsor The Foyer. A regular attendee & sometime performer, he is the third generation of the Steels to continue supporting the Theatre.

Richard was heavily involved in saving the building and its early renovations and was a Trustree and Chairman of the 2nd appeal. Another 'Steel' to tread the boards of the theatre, he is one of the Patrons.
