How to make the most of your visit
To make sure your reservation is confirmed, please ensure your invoice from the box office is paid as soon as possible. We accept payment by BACS, cheque (made payable to Theatre Royal Winchester), card or cash.
Once we receive payment we’ll send you a receipt.
Equally, if numbers change, please let us know immediately as reservations cancelled or significantly reduced less than four weeks prior to the performance will be charged at 50% of the total value.
How can we help?
If anyone in your group has special needs or access requirements, please let us know in advance so that we can do everything possible to assist. If you need advice on where to eat, drink or park, the running time or content of the show, or anything else, just call the box office on 01962 840440.
Arriving at Theatre Royal Winchester
As our shows are very popular, we expect several school bookings per performance. To help us get you to your seats in time, we recommend that you arrive at least 15 minutes before the start of the show.
If you are arriving by coach, the easiest place to stop is outside our next door neighbours, Winchester Discovery Centre. You will be met by a smiley member of Theatre Royal staff who will assist you with your visit.
We recommend parking at the coach park on Worthy Lane (near the Winchester Hotel). Please be aware fees apply.
Once you’ve arrived
Once you’ve arrived at the theatre, you will be given a seating plan with your seats clearly marked. Our Front of House team are always on hand to provide any assistance should you need it.
