The production is directed by renowned G&S specialist John Savournin, whose recent productions include The Yeomen of the Guard, Ruddigore, The Pirates of Penzance and HMS Pinafore, all at London's prestigious Opera Holland Park, Trial by Jury for Opera North, and Iolanthe for the International G&S Festival. The cast will be made up of some of the UK's finest young G&S singers.
