As Programming Producer, Sassy works with artists, promoters and producers to bring a diverse mix of performances and events to Winchester audiences, helping create a rich and engaging programme.
Sassy Hayes (née Harvey) is a theatre-maker, producer and creative leader with a passion for bringing people together through the arts. A graduate of the Royal Central School of Speech and Drama, she is Director of Upstage Theatre Productions and founder of My Boy Can CIC, championing creativity, inclusion and opportunities for young people and communities.
Over the years, Sassy has worked across theatre, events and community projects, creating everything from large-scale productions to grassroots initiatives. Known for her energy, enthusiasm and ability to make things happen, she loves connecting artists, audiences and ideas. Whether she's producing a show, developing a new project or supporting emerging talent, Sassy is driven by the belief that the arts should be accessible, inspiring and a little bit magical.
Outside of work, Sassy is a mum of boys, who loves musicals and all things Disney!
